Herroepingsrecht

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen.

U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag exclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden.

Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen via ons contactformulier. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.

Tijdens genoemde termijn moet je zorgvuldig omgaan met het product en de verpakking, hier onze richtlijnen:

• Je mag het product slechts in die mate uitpakken voor zover dat nodig is om te kunnen beoordelen of je het product wenst te behouden.
• Het artikel wordt alleen retour geaccepteerd als het in de originele staat en verpakking wordt teruggestuurd.
• Het product degelijk verpakt dient te zijn in de originele verpakking met een omdoos.
• Het product mag niet beschadigd zijn.
• Het product dient volledig met alle eventuele accessoires, kabels, boekjes, etc ingeleverd te worden.
• Plak geen stickers, plakband of etiketten op de originele doos en geen geschreven teksten op de verpakking
• Retourzendingen zijn voor risico van de koper. Dit houdt in dat webdesignersworld h.o.d.n. Adviescentrale VOF niet aansprakelijk is voor het beschadigen of zoekraken van retourgestuurde artikelen.
• Ongefrankeerde pakketten worden door ons geweigerd.

14 days cooling off period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have canceled again after 14 days to send your product return.

You will be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping. Only the costs for the return of your home to the shop for his own account . You can return the product only to unpack the extent that is necessary to assess whether you keep the product.
The article will only return is accepted if it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
The product must be properly packaged in original packing with a carton.
The product must not be damaged.
The product is complete with all accessories , cables, books , etc to be handed in.
Do not apply stickers , tape or labels on the original box and nothing in writing on the packaging
Returns are at risk of the buyer. This means that  webdesignersworld h.o.d.n. Adviescentrale VOF  is not liable for damage or loss of returned items .
Unstamped packages are refused.
